The Arts for Health and Wellbeing Team are delighted to share more news of our Young Arts for Change Project.

Funded by the Arts Council Wales and the Barings Foundation as part of the Arts and Minds Initiative, our Year 2 project in the Grange Bowls Pavilion and the 4 Winds Mental Health Resource Centre is off to a brilliant start with artist, Louise Jensen.

‘’In Grangetown, we had a great turn out for our launch workshop with the Youth Forum in the Grange Pavilion and there were some amazing masks, amazing energy from the group and with a drop in every week we are looking forward to more creative explorations in the coming months.’’

– Louise Jensen, Artist

The weekly sessions are supported by the Youth Forum and their volunteers on the project, together with our artists Louise Jensen, Sian Burns and Filmmaker Joe Kelly.

Celfyddydau’r Ifanc dros Newid

Mae’n bleser gan Dîm y Celfyddydau ar gyfer Iechyd a Lles rannu mwy o newyddion am ein Prosiect Celfyddydau’r Ifanc dros Newid.

Wedi’i ariannu gan Gyngor Celfyddydau Cymru a Sefydliad Baring fel rhan o Fenter Celfyddyd a Chrebwyll, mae ein prosiect Blwyddyn 2 ym Mhafiliwn Bowlio y Grange wedi cael dechrau gwych gyda’r artist, Louise Jensen.

“Yn Grangetown, daeth llawer iawn o bobl i’n gweithdy lansio gyda’r Fforwm Ieuenctid ym Mhafiliwn Grange; roedd rhai mygydau anhygoel, cafwyd egni gwych gan y grŵp, a gan y bydd sesiwn galw heibio bob wythnos rydym yn edrych ymlaen at fwy o archwiliadau creadigol dros y misoedd nesaf.”

– Louise Jensen, Artist

Mae’r sesiynau wythnosol ym Mhafiliwn Bowlio y Grange yn cael eu cefnogi gan y Fforwm Ieuenctid a’u gwirfoddolwyr ar y prosiect, ynghyd â’n hartistiaid Louise Jensen, Sian Burns a’r gwneuthurwr ffilmiau Joe Kelly.
