After a call out for colourful rainbows drawn from children in the local communities, we have displayed them in staff areas around our sites to brighten and bring positivity.
In particular, we have placed them in our two Staff Haven’s, created for staff wellbeing, at University Hospital Wales and University Hospital Llandough.
We will continue to accept these pictures as a way to encourage children at home to keep creative and to continue to lift the spirits of the NHS staff through artwork and supportive messages.
For more ideas on how to get creative and write messages of support to our NHS staff, see our ‘Nurses Cap Project’.
If you would like to send your rainbows into us, please send them to Simone Joslyn, CAVUHB, Woodland House, Maes – Y – Coed Road, Cardiff, CF14 4HH.
