  1. I’ve just moved to the Vale forca while – although over the years I’ve spent so many weeks, days, hours at Llandough Hospital I should’ve counted myself a resident already!
I’ve been a professional (non-fiction) writer with forays into poetry (some published in anthologies and journals) and like many, I’ve been getting back into that under lockdown.
I’ve been through and still frequently struggle with episodes of depression – writing has always been one of my therapies. I’m also a reasonably accomplished amateur photographer and landscape artist and I was pleased to see how you’re using all these creative channels in your programmes.
I was genuinely thrilled to ‘discover’ the Hearth Gallery at Llandough, but it’s taken me a while to track the source, as it were.
How can I keep abreast of news and opportunities to participate and support?
