Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is calling for artists and makers to submit work specifically for a project on Ward C6 at the University Hospital of Wales (UHW).

The ward is dedicated to Services for Older People and we are looking for an artist to work within set parameters to ensure it is effective for the patients on this ward.

We are looking for an artist to paint directly on to a wall in the day room – mural style.  The content must work within the healthcare space. It should be uplifting, contributing to a calm and interesting environment, encouraging recovery and hope.

All submissions must meet the criteria below, to be considered. The final decisions will be made by the Project Coordinator, with advice from the panel.
